Introducing "NephJC Collections"

This spring, NephJC will celebrate our 9th anniversary this Spring. In that time nephrology has produced a remarkabke number of advances. While #Flozins loom large, NephJC has documented the entire Early start of Dialysis in AKI debate, as well as the start and middle of the balanced solutions debate. All of these advances have played out in the twice-monthly discussions on NephJC. While NephJC began as a way to keep up to date in the nephrology literature it is increasingly becoming a treasure trove of critical manuscripts to understanding where nephrology has come from.

To help you navigate this we are introducing NephJC Collections, a reorganization of the NephJC Summaries to bring related topics together to allow people to undertand the arc of progress in nephrology.

We are starting with collections of SGLT2i, early start dialysis in AKI, hypertension, IgA nephropathy, hypertension, balanced solutions, and obstetric nephrology along with collections by the source journal, NEJM, JAMA, etc. We welcome suggestions of other collections and we will try to keep this new and exciting chapter of NephJC up-to-date and helpful.

Bonus: In the early days of NephJC (2014 and 2015) we had an alternative means of organizing the studies we covered. This has resulted in them being hard to find. We are also introducing an index to those early NephJC’s. Take a look.
